Directions

Beat together egg yolk, biscuit mix, beer, and salt till smooth.
Preheat Meal Browner browning dish at HIGH for 4 minutes.
Pat fish with paper toweling to dry.
Dip fish in batter to coat both sides.
Add oil to browning dish.
Add fish.
Cook, loosely covered, at HIGH for 3 minutes.
Turn and cook at HIGH for 2 minutes, or till done.
