Fish In A Packet Recipe
Ingredients
| Flounder fillet | 5 Ounce | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), julienned | |
| Julienned carrot | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Dry white wine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Fresh dill sprigs | ||
| Lemon wedge | ||
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Spray 12-inch square of foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillet in center of foil. Arrange remaining ingredients except lemon wedge on top of fish.
3. Enclose fish in foil; fold edges to seal. Set packet on baking sheet; bake 10 minutes.
