Fish Hash Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cups flaked cooked fish | ||
| Boiled potatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Melt butter in skillet.
Combine remaining ingredients and place in skillet; fry slowly until well heated and slightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Serve with parsley.
