Fish Fry Goan Recipe
Ingredients
| Small fish 500 gm. | ||
| Onions | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Turmeric a pinch | ||
| Chillies | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Mustard seeds | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cumin | 3 Gram (For 4) | |
| Garlic | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Oil | 15 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Clean and wash the fish, smear with turmeric and salt.
2. Grind mustard seeds, cumin, garlic, half the onions and chillies to a fine paste.
3. Chop remaining onions.
4. Heat oil. Fry chopped onions. Add fish and fry.
5. Add ground spices and a little water.
6. Cover and simmer till fish is cooked (about. 15-20 minutes).
