Ingredients
| Fish | 1 1/2 pound | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Gherkin | 1 | |
| Yoghurt | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Red wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cranberry sauce | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut the fish into cubes.
MAKING
3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour.
4. Add water; stir and bring the liquids to boiling and let it thicken.
5. Remove the pan from heat and add mustard, cranberries and chopped onion; stir to mix.
6. Stir in red wine.
7. Add another 1 cup of water.
FINALISING
8. Into a soaked RomertopF, pour the cranberry sauce and gently place the fish in the sauce.
9. Cover the pot and cook for about 40 minutes.
SERVING
10. Just before serving, stir in the yoghurt and gherkin.
11. Sprinkle chives and serve Fish Fricassee with boiled potatoes.
