Fish Florentine Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 frozen breaded fish portions | ||
| 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach | ||
| 1 10-ounce package frozen Welsh rarebit, thawed | ||
| Water chestnuts | 1 5 Ounce, chopped | |
| 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled | ||
Directions
Fry fish according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
In medium saucepan stir together spinach, rarebit, water chestnuts, and bacon; heat through.
Spread spinach mixture in a 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
Top with fish portions.
Bake, uncovered at 350° till heated through, about 10 minutes.
Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
