Fish Florentine Recipe

Ingredients
6 frozen breaded fish portions
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
1 10-ounce package frozen Welsh rarebit, thawed
1 5-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
Directions
Fry fish according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
In medium saucepan stir together spinach, rarebit, water chestnuts, and bacon; heat through.
Spread spinach mixture in a 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
Top with fish portions.
Bake, uncovered at 350° till heated through, about 10 minutes.
Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
