Fish Fillets With Shrimp Sauce Recipe

 1 pound fresh or frozen (defrosted)
 Fish fillets, cut into serving pieces
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Shrimp Sauce
 2 1/2 to 3 cups hot cooked macaroni shells

Directions

1. Arrange fish with thickest parts to outside edge in baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; rotate baking dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 2 to 4 minutes longer. Remove fish to platter; keep warm.
2. Prepare Shrimp Sauce. Pour fish and sauce over hot macaroni. Garnish with cucumber slices or parsley, if desired.
