Ingredients

 Butter3 Tablespoon
 2 green peppers, cut in 1/2-inch slices
 Mushrooms1/4 Pound, sliced
 Fish fillets1 1/2 Pound
 Shredded peel of 1 lemon
 Water chestnuts1/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1
 Paprika

Directions

Place green peppers and butter in a 12 x 8-inch dish.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 3 minutes.
Stir after 1 1/2 minutes.
Add mushrooms; stir and microwave 5 minutes.
Stir after 2 1/2 minutes.
Add fish, lemon peel and chestnuts.
Spoon sauce over fish.
Cover with waxed paper, and microwave 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir after 3 minutes.
Season, if desired, with salt, pepper and paprika.
