Ingredients

 4 6- to 8-ounce sole fillets {or other thin fish fillets)
 Dry white wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 Paprika
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
Poach fish in wine 4 to 5 minutes; drain.
Spread spinach evenly in dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange fish over spinach and top with soup.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake 20 minutes.
