 Fish fillets1 Pound, frozen
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 American Cheese2 Ounce, shredded

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Place fish fillets in ungreased 12x8-inch or 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley, onion salt, paprika and pepper.
Bake at 350°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Sprinkle cheese over fish.
Bake an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
Place fish fillets in 12x8-inch or 8-inch square (2-quart) microwave-safe baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley, onion salt, paprika and pepper.
Cover tightly.
Microwave on HIGH for 7 to 9 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, rearranging fish once halfway through cooking.
Remove cover; drain well.
Sprinkle with cheese; microwave on HIGH for 45 to 60 seconds or until cheese is melted.
