Fish Copenhagen Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish - 1 1/2 lb., filleted | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| White wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon | 1/2 | |
| Potatoes | 1 Pound | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2.Make a mixture of paprika and parsley.
3.Heat the butter slightly and mix it with the mixture.
4.Peel and slice the potatoes.
MAKING
5.Take a Romertopf, put the pieces of butter in it in a scattered way.
6.Put a layer of potatoes; top it with fish.
7.Sprinkle salt, pepper and lemon juice.
8. Dot with butter.
9.Put the lid on and cook for 1 hour.
10.Add flour to make the liquid thicker.
11.Put a sprinkling of grated cheese and heat more until brown.
SERVING
12.Serve warm.
