Fish Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 pt. tomato ketchup
1/4 pt. thick cream
About 1/2 pt. flaked cooked fish or shell fish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. horseradish sauce
4-6 lettuce leaves
1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
Chopped parsley or other herbs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the fish and lettuce.
When well blended add the fish and mix gently.
Arrange the shredded lettuce in deep individual glasses or bowls and place the fish mixture on top.
Decorate with chopped parsley or other herbs.
