Ingredients

 4 medium cooked, diced potatoes
 Onions4 Medium, diced
 Celery2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Tabasco sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Caraway seeds1/2 Tablespoon
 Bacon Slices10
 1 pkg. thawed fish cut into
 1 1/2" cubes
 Tomatoes2 Large
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1. Cook bacon, drain.
2. In a large saucepan, add tomatoes, 2 cans water, and crunched bacon.
3. Add onion, celery and spices, and cook until tender.
4. Add potatoes and fish, and bring to a boil.
