Fish Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 medium cooked, diced potatoes | ||
| Onions | 4 Medium, diced | |
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Caraway seeds | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Bacon Slices | 10 | |
| 1 pkg. thawed fish cut into | ||
| 1 1/2" cubes | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 Large | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Cook bacon, drain.
2. In a large saucepan, add tomatoes, 2 cans water, and crunched bacon.
3. Add onion, celery and spices, and cook until tender.
4. Add potatoes and fish, and bring to a boil.
