 Salmon1 Pound, cut in to chunks
 Bacon1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 2 cups fish stock or water
 Potato2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Thyme1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Tomato2 Cup (16 tbs), diced

Directions

Fry bacon, onion and celery until tender.
Add fish and tomatoes, stock and potatoes.
Cook until tender
