Fish Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 1 Pound, cut in to chunks | |
| Bacon | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 cups fish stock or water | ||
| Potato | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
Directions
Fry bacon, onion and celery until tender.
Add fish and tomatoes, stock and potatoes.
