1 1/2 pounds fillet of sole, flounder or haddock
4 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) cream-of-mushroom soup
1 can {4 1/2 ounces) tiny shrimp, drained
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Arrange serving-size pieces of fish in a buttered flat casserole.
Mix onion with soup and shrimp and spoon over fish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a 400° F.oven for 30 minutes or until fish can be flaked with a fork.
