| 3 slices of bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry | ||
| Tomatoes | 100 Gram | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, minced | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram, minced | |
| Ginger | 1/2 Inch, minced | |
| Handful of corriander leaves | ||
| Green chillies | 4 , minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Heat 2 tblsps oil and fry ginger, garlic, onions and chillies till soft.
Add the peeled tomatoes and cook till soft and dry.
Remove from fire and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Knead till smooth.
Form into oval cutlets.
Roll in crumbs and deep fry to a golden colour.
