Ingredients
1 cup Health Valley Fiber 7 Flakes Cereal
1/4 cup Health Valley Fat-Free Chicken Broth
1 can (6 1/2 ounces) light tuna or pink salmon, packed in water, rinsed if salted and drained
Dash white pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg white
1 teaspoon prepared mustard, spicy or dijon
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Set the oven temperature to 375°F before baking or preheat broiler if broiling is preferred.
MAKING
2) In a small saucepan, thicken a mixture of cereal and broth by cooking for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3) Take off the mixture from heat and then blend in fish, pepper, onion powder, egg white, and mustard, mashing with a fork.
4) Allow the mixture to cool until it becomes handy and figure into 4 patties.
5) If baking is preferred, place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven.
6) Toss the patties and again bake for 5 more minutes.
7) If broiling is preferred, brown the patties in a broiler for 5 minutes on each side, keeping them about 5-inches away from the source of heat.
