Fish Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 c. Jiffy Mix or Bisquick | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 3/8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 c. chopped fish | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil or shortening.
Turn and flatten when brown.
