Directions

Preheat barbeque - medium high.

Cube fish and place pieces in food processor, then start to pulse until mixture starts to blend, but a little bite chunky. Do not over mix.

Transfer fish mixture into a bowl, add chopped ginger, chopped cilantro, sesame oil, salt and pepper.

Form burger patties and place on a plate lined with parchment paper so they won’t stick.

Make sure the grill is clean. Brush the grill and then grease the grill with a rag or a piece of paper. If you don’t have a grill, pan fry your burgers.

Place your burgers on the grill, cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn burgers with a grill spatula and cook for another 6 minutes.

Do not overcook the burgers or they will be dry.

Grill your buns when you get close to removing your burgers from the grill.

Spread basil aioli on each side of the buns.

Place the fish burger on the bun and top with sliced tomato.
