Ingredients
1 egg
3 green onions, chopped
1 pound Chinese Fish Paste
6 cups Chinese Chicken Soup
Directions
Add the egg and green onions to the fish paste.
Mold into fish balls about 1 inch in diameter, and simmer very, very gently in the soup.
