Ingredients
1 c. fish
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. onion juice
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
Pepper and salt to season
Directions
1. Mix the ingredients well in a bowl and beat until fluffy.
2. Form into balls or cakes and roll in finely sifted bread crumbs.
3. Fry in hot fat or deep fry, until golden brown.
