Fish Baked Under Batter Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb fish fillets, partially defrosted | ||
| French dressing | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 cup tea-biscuit mix | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Soup Sauce | ||
Directions
Wipe fish fillets with a damp cloth and cut into 4 serving pieces.
Place side by side in a greased 9 X 6-inch bake dish.
Brush with French dressing and sprinkle with onion.
Make a fairly thick batter of the biscuit mix, cheese and milk.
Spread over each fillet to cover well, then bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes.
