 Fish1 Pound, steamed
 Cheese1 1/2 Ounce, grated
 3/4 pt. Parsley Sauce, or use packet sauce
 Breadcrumbs3 Tablespoon, dried
 Margarine
 Potatoes1 Pound, mashed

Directions

Mix the fish and sauce and make sure it is well seasoned.
Make a border of the mashed potato on a fireproof dish; pour the fish mixture into the centre and sprinkle the cheese and crumbs over it.
Dot with a little margarine and brown under a hot grill or in a hot oven.
