Fish Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish | 1 Pound, steamed | |
| Cheese | 1 1/2 Ounce, grated | |
| 3/4 pt. Parsley Sauce, or use packet sauce | ||
| Breadcrumbs | 3 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Margarine | ||
| Potatoes | 1 Pound, mashed | |
Directions
Mix the fish and sauce and make sure it is well seasoned.
Make a border of the mashed potato on a fireproof dish; pour the fish mixture into the centre and sprinkle the cheese and crumbs over it.
Dot with a little margarine and brown under a hot grill or in a hot oven.
