Fish Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn flakes | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups cooked fish, crumbled | ||
| 1 hard boiled egg, sliced | ||
| Sweet red pepper | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Fold in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually blend in milk, stirring until sauce thickens.
In a 5 cup (1.25 L) ovenproof dish, spread half the corn flakes.
Add fish, egg slices and bell pepper.
Coat with sauce.
Cover with remaining corn flakes.
Dot with butter.
Bake in oven 20-30 minutes.
