Fish And Spinach Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Firm fish fillets | 1/2 Pound | |
| Fish stock | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Spinach leaves | 10 Ounce | |
| Salt | To Taste, seasoned | |
| Pepper | To Taste, seasoned | |

Directions
1 Toss fish slices in cornstarch to coat.
2 Bring stock to a boil. Add soy sauce, wine and fish pieces. Simmer covered for 6 minutes. Add spinach, cook uncovered until bright green, 1--2 minutes. Adjust seasonings and serve.
