Fish and Ham Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Haddock fillets | 1 3/4 Pound | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 2 teaspoons chopped dill | ||
| 4 thin slices cooked ham | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley sprigs | ||
| Dill sprigs | ||
Directions
Cut the fish into four equal pieces and sprinkle with the salt, paprika, grated cheese and herbs.
Roll a slice of ham around each piece of fish and secure with a wooden toothpick.
Brush the rolls with oil and broil or barbecue for about 15 minutes, turning the rolls halfway through the cooking time.
Before serving, remove the toothpicks and garnish with parsley and dill sprigs.
