 Mushrooms1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 All purpose flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/8 Teaspoon
 Milk1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Fish stock1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg yolks2 , beaten
 1 pound fish, cooked and broken into small pieces
 Snipped parsley2 Tablespoon
 6 frozen patty shells, baked

Directions

In medium saucepan cook the mushrooms in butter till tender.
Blend in flour, salt, and white pepper.
Add milk and fish stock all at once.
Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat.
Gradually blend a moderate amount of milk mixture into egg yolks.
Return mixture to saucepan and cook 2 minutes more, stirring constantly.
Fold in cooked fish and snipped parsley.
Cover and cook over low heat till heated through.
