First Lady Seafood Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Crab and lobster combined - 1 lb. | ||
| Shrimp - 1 lb., cooked and deveined | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Celery | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Potato chips | 2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
MAKING
2 In a bowl, mix the ingredients together.
3 In a baking dish, place the mixture.
4 Cover completely with crushed potato chips.
5 Generously sprinkle paprika on top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
SERVING
6 Serve hot
