| 4 to 6 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| 8 ounces mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| 1 cup black olives, pitted or 1 cup small black Italian olives in oil | ||

Directions
Combine the tomatoes, mozzarella and olives in a glass salad bowl.
Sprinkle with a little salt (the olives may be salty) and pepper.
