 Mozzarella8 Ounce, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
 Black olives/1 cup small black italian olives in oil1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted
 Salt To Taste
 Ground pepper To Taste
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Minced basil/Parsley1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Combine the tomatoes, mozzarella and olives in a glass salad bowl.
Sprinkle with a little salt (the olives may be salty) and pepper.
