Firecracker Grilled Mahi Mahi Recipe
Ingredients
| Mahi mahi fillets | 4 (4 ounce each) | |
| Peanut oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Scallions | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Brown sugar | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), minced | |
| Ginger | 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Red chili flakes | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Place fillets in glass dish.
Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over Mahi Mahi.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator 4-6 hours.
Remove fish from marinade and place on grill, five inches from coals.
Grill 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Turn halfway through cooking.
