Fire Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| 6-300 g New York striploin steaks | ||
| 5 ml garlic granules | ||
| Black pepper | 10 Milliliter | |
| 3 ml each of cayenne pepper, oregano leaves, thyme leaves, crushed rosemary, basil leaves, onion powder, salt | ||
Directions
Trim the steaks of fat and remove the strip of grizzle along the edge (prevents curling while cooking).
Blend the seasonings together and rub into steak.
Leave steaks for 30 minutes.
Cook over medium coals to desired doneness.
