Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl; stir in cold water, fruit cocktail and syrup, fruit salad and juice and lemon juice.
Chill several hours, or until very cold.
When ready to serve, ladle into a glass serving bowl or individual serving dishes.
Garnish with mint, if you wish.
Serve as an appetizer.
Note If soup chills overnight, gelatin will set softly.
