Fines Herbes Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil | 1/2 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Salad oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup tarragon vinegar | ||
| Dry red wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), peeled | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and shake well.
Discard garlic before using.
Use over salad greens, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.
