Peas Filling Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 kg potatoes
3 tsps white cuminseeds
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp ghee
4 tsps coarse coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 green chillies
60 gms boiled peas
salt to taste
Directions
Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces.
Heat the ghee, add potatoes, spices, chopped coriander, peas and salt and cook for two minutes, cool, then fill in the samosas.
