Ingredients

| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bread crumbs- as required | ||
| Turkey or chicken stock- 3 cups | ||
| Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Onion juice- 1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cheese | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Oil or melted fat- 6 tablespoons | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by skinning the breast of the cooked turkey and separate it into fillets about 1/2 inch thick and as uniform as possible
MAKING
2.In a bowl, beat the egg and add water
3.Now dip the fillets into egg, then into bread crumbs, again into egg and into the crumbs
4.Chill it in the refrigerator
5.Meanwhile, heat stock with rice, onion juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt
6.Cover and simmer until the stock is absorbed
7.When the rice turns tender, add butter and cheese to it
8.Season with remaining salt and pepper
9.Remove the fillets
10.In a pan, cook the fillet in oil until brown
11.On a hot platter, heap rice and arrange the fillets around it
