Directions
Add vegetable slices and salt.

Cook for 3 minutes.
Add in the sole and cook 3 minutes.
Remove fillets of sole and set on serving plate.
Cook sauce for 1 additional minute.
Take out of oven.
Pour sauce over slices of sole.
