1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
1 cup chopped, green pepper
2 pounds frozen fish fillets of your choice
Directions
Saute onion and celery in butter in a large skillet.
Add rest of ingredients except fish.
Simmer mixture while you cut fish blocks in thirds, giving you 6 pieces.
Put fish blocks in skillet side by side.
Do not pile them on each other.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Cook about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily
