Directions
Cut 1 1/2 pounds fresh or frozen fish fillets into 4 portions.
Thaw frozen fish.
Place in greased baking pan.
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Brush on fish.
Sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till fish flakes when tested with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet.
Brown 1/4 cup sliced almonds in butter till golden, stirring constantly.
Remove nuts; sprinkle over fish.
Stir 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 teaspoons snipped parsley into melted butter in skillet; heat.
Drizzle over fish.
