Fillets With Lemon Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rice | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Ground thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fish fillets | 1 Pound, frozen | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dash paprika | ||
Directions
1. Combine rice, onion, salt, parsley, thyme, lemon juice and water in 2-quart glass casserole. Arrange fillets on top of rice mixture with thick edges toward outside of dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
