Fillets In Almond Butter Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 2 Pound, frozen | |
| Milk | ||
| Seasoned flour | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil) | |
| Blanched almonds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Salad oil) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon (Salad oil) | |
Directions
Cut fillets into 6 serving pieces.
Dip them in milk, then in seasoned flour (1/2 teaspoon mixed salt and pepper to 1/2 cup flour).
Heat 1/4 inch salad oil in a large skillet.
Add fillets.
Sauted quickly on both sides until lightly browned; do not overcook.
Drain, then place on a heated platter; keep hot.
Melt butter in a separate pan, add almonds and stir on low heat until a light toast color.
Remove from heat, add parsley and lemon juice.
Pour over fillets.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
