Fillet With Okra Recipe
|Beef steak||6 Ounce, cut into 8 pieces (Fillet Or Round Eye)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Pepper seasoning||1 Teaspoon (Lawry's)|
|Okra||40 , trimmed|
|Corn oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||2 , sliced|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, sliced|
|Hot pepper paste||To Taste|
|Tomato sauce||6 Ounce|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|

Grill the meat over hot coals and season with the salt and pepper.
Set aside, keep warm.
Saute the okra in heated corn oil for ten minutes.
Add the lemon juice, salt and onions and saute for ten minutes longer.
Stir in the tomatoes, pepper paste, tomato sauce and water.
Cook for fifteen minutes.
Arrange the grilled meat in a serving pyrex dish.
Pour the okra mixture over the meat slices.
Cover the dish with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for about thirty minutes.
Remove the foil and bake ten minutes more.
It is excellent served with cheese beurek.
