Fillet Of Sole In White Wine Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds sole fillets
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 bay leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Put fillets into a greased shallow 2 quart casserole.
Mix wine, onion, butter, and dry seasonings.
Pour over fish.
Cover casserole.
Bake at 375°F 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
