Fillet Of Haddock Recipe
Ingredients
7 lb. frozen haddock fillets
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
15 whole cloves
Directions
"Thaw haddock partially.
Spoon 1/4 can soup into 8 x 8-inch buttered baking dish; add layer of haddock.
Sprinkle with salt.
Add remaining soup.
Press cloves between fillets.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily."
