Fillet Company Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 1 pound, frozen | |
| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash paprika | ||
| Orange peel | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Cooked or canned asparagus, drained | ||
| Melted butter or margarine | ||
| Pimiento strip | 4 | |
Directions
Thaw frozen fish just long enough to separate.
Place fillets on greased broiler pan.
Combine orange juice and butter; pour half over fish.
Sprinkle fish with salt, paprika, orange peel.
Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Pour remaining sauce over fish; place asparagus in 4 stacks on broiler pan; brush with butter and top with strips of pimiento.
Broil 3 to 6 minutes longer until fish flakes easily and is golden.
Transfer to platter.
Pass lemon wedges.
