Fillet Bubbly Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pkgs. frozen cod or other fillets | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1-10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Stove Top Stuffing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Cut fillets into blocks, place half in shallow greased baking dish.
Spread stuffing mix over fillets, place remaining fillets over stuffing mix.
Combine soup, onion and lemon juice and spread over fillets.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake in hot oven until fish is cooked, about 30 minutes.
