Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling pineapple juice.
Add remaining juice.
Cut cantaloupe in half; remove seeds.
Remove fruit, leaving 1/2 inch shell.
Chop fruit and stir into gelatin.
Place cantaloupe shells in bowls to hold them steady when filled with gelatin.
Fill shells with gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm or overnight.
Cut into slices or wedges to serve.
