Filled Avocados Recipe

Ingredients
4 ripe avocados
6 hard boiled eggs
1 lb. cooked shelled shrimp
Mayonnaise
Chopped parsley
Directions
Cut avocados in halt', lengthwise and remove stone.
Scoop out a little of the center and mix with half of the shrimp, the mayonnaise and the chopped egg whites.
Fill the avocados with the shrimp mixture and garnish with remaining shrimp and sieved egg yolks.
