Filled Tartlets Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese | ||
| Dash of nutmeg | ||
| Salt and freshly ground white pepper | ||
| 2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled | ||
| 1 6-ounce can shredded crabmeat, shell and cartilage removed | ||
| 28 Tartlet Shells | ||
Directions
Scald milk.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Stir in eggs, cheese and seasoning.
Divide mixture between two bowls.
Add bacon to one mixture, crabmeat to the other.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Arrange Tartlet Shells on greased baking sheet.
Fill 14 shells with bacon mixture, 14 with crabmeat mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
