 1 recipe Cream-cheese Pastry, above
 Choice of chicken, tuna, shellfish or other salad

Directions

Divide dough in 4 portions and roll each in rectangle 1/8" thick.
Fold in thirds, then roll again.
Cut with 1 1/2" round cutter.
Put half on cookie sheet and prick with fork.
Cut out center of remaining rounds with small cutter or thimble.
Moisten edges of bottom rounds and top with remaining rounds, pressing lightly.
Chill 1 hour, then bake in preheated moderate (350°F.) oven 18 to 20 minutes.
Fill with choice of salad just before serving.
