Filled Beef Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 hard-cooked egg | ||
| White bread slice | 1 | |
| Sour cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Chili Sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh dill or 1/8 teaspoon dill weed | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 2 Large, sliced | |
Directions
1. Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
2. Meanwhile, dice egg; place in small bowl. Into bowl, tear bread in small pieces; add sour cream, paprika, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
3. In medium-sized bowl, mix ground beef, chili sauce, Worcestershire, dill, and 1/2 tea spoon salt; shape meat mixture into 4 balls. With spoon, make indentation in center of each ball; spoon one-fourth of egg mixture into indentation; shape meat over rilling. Flatten each filled ball into a 3-inch round patty.
4. In 10-inch metal-handled skillet on grill over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook onions until golden, stirring often. Mean while, place patties on grill; cook, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes for medium or until of desired doneness.
